- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Today tuesday november 13 I went to the department of motor vehicle in Peekskill ny and it was by far the worse experience I ever had at any motor vehicle departments. The employees were friendly but the manager in charge today Mrs. Jhoseph was by far the most unprofessional person I ever had to deal with at any business place She would communicate in "Slang" terms and stated that she will not take the time to help me in my situation. She also disagreed with all of the other employees and contradict them stating that "she was the manager" and refused to agree with the other employees. Overall I wasted my day and I would not recommend anyone to use this office in the future.By Fortunato Legato, September 13, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Have to agree with the comment below. I've been there a handful of times and that particular manager goes out of her way it seems to not be helpful (presented her an issue the Albany state DMV assured me could be taken care of by her, she didn't even want to hear what they told me to tell her to do to clear up the issue. Instead I had to work through with another DMV that helped me through fax because it was out of the way). The other employees there I've dealt with were all great and helpful which is the only reason I didn't 1 star.By r c, April 21, 2017
